Vital Academy offers comprehensive Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Medication Aide training programs designed to prepare students for success in the rapidly growing healthcare industry. Our aim at Vital Academy is to empower individuals with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to excel as CNA's/CMA's while fostering a supportive learning environment grounded in compassion, professionalism, and excellence in patient care.
Vital Academy offers a state-approved CNA/CMA training program designed to meet the educational requirements for certification. Upon successfully completing the 90 hour CNA program or 75 hour CMA program, and passing the state required exam, graduates will receive a CNA or CMA certification approved by the Kansas Department of Aging and Disability (KDADS) and will be eligible to work in home health, hospitals and long-term care facilities.
Our curriculum will cover essential topics such as basic nursing skills, infection control, vital sign monitoring, patient hygiene, and communication skills. Vital Academy will conduct practical training in simulating healthcare settings and clinical rotations at partnering healthcare facilities.
